The Taxman Cometh

Derek Jeter may have claimed that Florida was his residence from 2001-2003, but a New York court is saying "uh uh" and fork it over - back taxes that is. The Big Apple wants hundreds of thousands of dollars, possibly even millions, for taxes owed during 3 year time frame.

Jeter's lawyers have countered and this is far from being over.
