Peavy Cruises to NL Cy Young
Jake Peavy won the triple crown of pitching for the National League this season, and understandably added this year's NL Cy Young award to his trophy case today. Peavy took every 1st place vote in easily beating out his division foe, Brandon Webb.
Peavy becomes the 4th Padre to win the award, joining Randy Jones, Gaylord Perry, and Mark Davis.
