Posada Comes Up Throwing

The Post's Joel Sherman is reporting that Jorge Posada has begun a throwing program as his next step in the rehab process for shoulder surgery.

The Yankees are counting on Posasa being able to start the season behind the plate rather than at first base or as a DH.

Jorge while you're at it, buy your a wife a decent dress. C'mon man.
