Honestly, you can' t make this stuff up. George King of the NY Post is reporting tonight that Carl Pavano has a stiff neck and had to skip his bullpen session today. Which of course means his starting for the Yankees on Saturday has been put in doubt.

Brian Cashman: "Carl, you may be starting on Saturday."
