Brian Bruney avoided arbitration by agreeing to a 1-year $725,000 deal. Bruney falls into that pile of relievers that would be good, "if they could only harness that fastball". Nice job keeping the bullpen in shambles, Cash.Maybe he should get his tattoo on home plate.
